Pedigree

Damsire Prinz Gaylord was named to the AHS Jumper Breeding Program posthumously.

Papaya has produced 4 excellent Sir Caletto foals since joining the broodmare band in 2003. They all exhibit good bone and the appropriate substance and movement necessary to make offspring that jump and could all be candidates for the hunter ring thanks to the flat movement in front. . The ’03 daughter, Savannagh, was purchased while at her mother’s side and went on to be named an Elite Mare Candidate and Inspection Champion at her ’06 AHS Inspection. After her inspection, she was resold to a Southern California trainer and will take her Mare Performance Test in October, 2007.

Sir Caletto's GraceThe ’04 daughter, Sir Caletto’s Grace, was named Zone 10 Reserve Champion in Hunter Breeding under the tutelage of Arizona Trainer Mike Fiery. She exhibits classic hunter style and movement and will be inspected in 2007. The ’05 son, Socrates, is elegant and has a big, ground covering trot and canter and he too is a super hunter prospect, perhaps for the higher levels of the sport. The ’07 daughter again by Sir Caletto, Saxby S, is a charming filly with very similar qualities exhibited by her 3 older siblings.

History

A Susie daughter by Prinz Gaylord, Papaya was a Preliminary level show jumper that was purchased as a four-year old by California trainer Chris Borba out of one of the Glenwood Sporthorse Auctions. Papaya was retired after several successful years on the show circuit and joined the brood mare band after being recognized by a Silverhorne trainer at the Minden HITS Show. When she came up for sale, without hesitation, we purchased her for the Servus bloodline as well as the Prinz Gaylord jumping bloodlines. PG was named posthumously to the US Jumper Breeding Program.
